Architecting the Latent Space.

I'm a Technical Lead for AI/ML and Innovation at PDI Technologies, where I help architect the AI platform behind MyPDI for the convenience retail and petroleum industry. My work spans a connected system of frameworks: the agentic framework, a document ingestion pipeline that feeds it, an MCP gateway, an LLM gateway, and the customer-facing chatbot, along with the model deployment and infrastructure that keep everything running in production. With 7+ years across Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision, I enjoy turning AI research into systems that ship at enterprise scale.

I've built agent frameworks, ingestion pipelines, RAG systems, and chatbots serving enterprise customers at scale. Previously at ConnectWise, I architected an agentic ticket resolution system over millions of historical records that cut resolution time by 60%, along with in-house RAG frameworks adopted across teams.
