Hello World

·1 min readMeta

This is the beginning.

I've been building software for a while now, thinking about AI systems, wrestling with infrastructure problems, and forming opinions about how things should be built. But I've never had a place to put those thoughts down properly.

Why write?

Writing forces clarity. When I explain something in writing, I find the gaps in my understanding. The act of structuring an argument reveals whether I actually know what I think I know.

What to expect

I'll write about what I'm working on and learning:

  • AI/ML infrastructure - RAG systems, knowledge bases, the plumbing behind AI products
  • Engineering craft - architecture decisions, debugging stories, tools that work
  • Product thinking - building things people actually use, not just things that are technically interesting

No schedule, no pressure. Just writing when I have something worth sharing.

Let's see where this goes.
